A year can either be an eternity or it can fly by in a second...when you
think back on your kid's lives a year seems like only a moment. Taylor
just turned 10 and almost everyday I think where did the years go? It
seems like just yesterday I was in the hospital having her. But other
times a year can seem like the never ending time span. That is the category a year long deployment falls into. It feels like an
eternity. Russ left in January 2011 and returned in December right
before Christmas. It was a long year, but God brought us both through
and grew our entire family during our time apart. Here are a few
pictures from his return.
